Presenter: Kenneth Kaprielian, Cloud DevOps Architect, MassMutual
MassMutual has been building and deploying solutions in AWS and Azure for 5+ years. We will focus on how we got started and what was required to scale delivery of these services across the entire company. The primary objectives in adopting these services were to foster new ideas and develop products more quickly and efficiently. Operating at scale in a secure manner requires a different mindset and approach to building and deploying solutions. Keys to success involve enabling experimentation, shared responsibility, as well as focusing on delivering everything via a pipeline from code. There has been both success and failure. We will cover specific examples of our experiences.
